REFUND POLICY

Our services are provided on a rolling monthly basis, and you're free to cancel at any time by giving us written notice before the end of your current billing period.

We invoice you monthly, in advance, for the following month's services. Because fees are charged in advance for the month ahead, once a monthly payment has been made it is non-refundable, including for any unused or partially used period within that month. If you cancel, your service will simply continue until the end of the period you've already paid for, and will not renew or be charged again after that.

This policy operates alongside, and should be read together with, our full Terms of Business. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
